Q. Does a vending Machine cost our Business and does the size of the Business matter?
A. No, it a free service to Staff and Visitors. There are many factors in placing a Vending machine. If your Business has 25 staff or less or you require the Machine to placed in a hidden area then it’s not probably a suitable location for a Vending Machine. Furthermore, Staff Levels contribute to most Vending Companies deciding on placement of a Vending Machine. If there is less than 25 staff , the Business should probably look at other alternatives. Vending Machines are expensive and low staff number effect the performance of a Vending Machine , unless it is a High Traffic Business with High Volumes of Visitors passing by the machine.
Q. Do we have to sign a Contract?
A. In the case of Several Machines being supplied to a business, Yes. However, there is a clause that if the Vending performance is not to standard then you have the right to cease contract. OzBoz Vending likes to have an agreement in place before commencement of Vending.
Q. Do I get to choose the type of vending Machine?
A. Yes, but of course if there is a small number of staff then suggestions by OzBoz Vending for the appropriate machinery would be conveyed. OzBoz Vending only Looks to supply Quality Machinery capable of Vending large Amounts of Items.
Q.Can I choose the products?
A. Yes. However some products simply do not Vend from certain types of Vending Machines.
Q. Are there any Incentives for our social club?
A. Yes, depending upon many factors and conditions do apply. Vending is a Business Venture, so Low Volume sites do not attract Rebates or commissions. Pricing is another key factor.
Q. How often will the machine be filled?
A. All of Machines are attended weekly if they need to refilled or not and monitoring of machines via sms and monitoring allows for timely refills.
Q. Do we need Insurance?
A. No, OzBoz Vending is fully Insured and has Public Liability.
Q. What happens if the machine Breaks Down?
A. Our Machines all have vend sensors installed and provide money back or choice to make another selection if a product does not vend. In the event the machine malfunctions we return the customer the purchase price or item in person at next site attendance.
OzBoz Vending Attempts to meet every request. However, each Business has separate key factors which effect the ability to have an on-site Vending machine. Staff, Traffic, Location of Machine, Hour of Business are all key factors to be considered before making a request.
OzBoz Vending specialises in medium to large Volume sites. However, we have several creditable operators who specialise in small Sites.
